Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Kaluli Ice Cream mobile application and website (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Services.
The Services are operated by PT Karya Pejuang Senyum (Kaluli Ice Cream Indonesia) (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
Definitions
- User: any individual who accesses or uses the Services.
- Account: a registered user profile within the application.
- Points: non-cash rewards earned through eligible activities.
- Vouchers: digital rewards that can be redeemed under specific conditions.
- QRIS: a national standardized QR-based payment method in Indonesia.
User Account & Registration
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- Each user is permitted to register one active account only.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Use of Services
Users agree to:
- Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Refrain from manipulating or abusing the points, voucher, or payment systems.
- Not engage in activities that disrupt system security or integrity.
Unauthorized use may result in account suspension or termination.
Loyalty Program (Points & Rewards)
Points may be earned through:
- QRIS payments via the application (when enabled)
- Promotional campaigns or gamification activities
- Other activities determined by Us
Points:
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be transferred or exchanged for money
- Are subject to expiration rules
We reserve the right to modify the points structure at any time with prior notice.
Vouchers & Redemption
- Vouchers are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed in the application.
- Redeemed vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Misuse or fraudulent redemption may result in voucher cancellation and account restriction.
- Voucher redemption availability may vary by location or merchant.
Payments & QRIS
- Payments may be made using QRIS or integrated digital wallet services.
- All payment transactions are processed by third-party payment providers.
- We are not responsible for transaction failures caused by third-party service providers.
- All transactions are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Service Modifications & Availability
We reserve the right to:
- Update features, rewards, or availability without prior notice
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within the Services are owned by or licensed to Kaluli Ice Cream.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend user access at any time if:
- Fraudulent or harmful activities are detected
- These Terms are violated
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
